These works mark a point of arrival within an ongoing exploration of diorama-based assemblies - an investigation that began with a simple cubic box.

The process originated with a tactile gesture: pressing the eyes and bridge of a nose into a solid block, allowing apertures to emerge from its recessed surfaces.

From there, the block is conceptually sliced into thin layers. Selected layers are cut into identical shapes and folded into cubes.

When these cubes are reassembled, their internal cavities align along multiple axes, forming a complex network of voids.

As the viewer moves around each object, they encounter shifting perspectives - glimpses into perforations and interior spaces generated by these three-dimensional tessellations. Much of the structure remains concealed within the assembly. Only through subtle adjustments in viewpoint, combined with the presence of light and a sense of curiosity, can the hidden forms be gradually understood.
